Process & Cost

01. Feasibility

We will meet with you onsite to give you a forecast of potential yield on your property. Beach Super Host takes a commission of 20% of your nightly bookings. Website commissions, staging, property maintenance, gardening and consumables are charged separately and a quote will be given for this after an initial meeting and property inspection. Cleaning fees are additional to bookings and paid for by the guests.

02 Setup and listing

We setup, stage & organize your property then list it across many different online advertising platforms so you maximize your yield. A professional photoshoot will be arranged, this is an additional cost but an essential part of the process to ensure a quality listing). 

03 Management

We manage bookings and message guests at every turn making sure they have an incredible stay. Our goal is to keep our super-host status that means we need 98.5% great reviews!

04 Billing

We will send you monthly account statements and payments less commission (20%) and consumables, gardening etc.

05 Relax

Relax and enjoy your income stress free from your holiday home. When you'd like to use the property it'll look better than a resort and your holiday will be blocked out across all online calendars.
